3 weeks have gone by and still not received my order, despite making enquiries by email and telephone

Used Christy before and always find their service very good, with quick delivery and items well packaged. This time was no exception.

Bought beautiful quilt cover set, quilt, mattress topper and mattress protector. All luxurious quality as always with Christy!

Great comms, excellent product but I think you should reconsider who you have deliver your good, EVRI isn't the best.

Wanted to return part of the order. Followed the return instructions in the package. Not working. Outdated info and label sent with the parcel by CHRISTY. I managed to find the right return link, created the return label. I went the Collect plus points. Again and again I was told that they are not able to scan the barcode on the label. Contacted Christy's customer services, was told to re- request the and print the label. Visited several Collect Plus points. Time and time again I was told they can't scan the barcode on the label still. I am tired and fed up after several attempts - it cost me time and fuel. I was then again being told that I could go to the post office, pay for the postage and CHRISTY will refund the postage cost.
I already lost trust with CHRISTY's service. CHRISTY should've arranged for the return parcel to be picked up. It's now gone passed the return period.

The towels were in the sale and we thought that we were getting a bargain but when they arrived we were surprised how thin they were and not very absorbent when we were drying ourselves. Got just about what we paid for but certainly not considered to be good value.

I bought bath towels for my granddaughter and they were absolutely amazing. They were the supreme range and they were larger than normal bath towels, she loves them

Ordered on the 8th Jan and the towels were delivered on the 21st so quite slow delivery with little communication from Christy in between. Finally got a dispatched and delivered update from them on the 23rd after they arrived. The towels feel nice and fluffy but are not very absorbent which is disappointing

My order of two dressing gowns arrived very quickly. The quality of both was as expected - excellent. I have bought a number of Christy dressing gowns as presents and possess several of their towels. I always recommend Christy to my friends and family. It was also great to receive an email about after care for my dressing gowns.

The towels were lovely and delivered as promised, but we were a little disappointed that you didn't have the bath sheets in the colour we wanted.

The throw I bought for my grandson is very good and he is very pleased with it. Excellent quality and just what I was looking for.

Been searching for a new, quality bathrobe for months; my old one was Egyptian Cotton Velour from John Lewis 20 odd years ago and JL no longer selling anything of a similar quality. Christy offer a great range of colours, and the Supersoft Robe is indeed very soft, and absorbent - whilst not as heavy a guauge as my old JL one, I am very happy with the quality. Quick delivery too!

The bedding i bought was exactly as described and it is the best quality I have ever purchased. The bedding set was delivered on time. Will definately be purchasing more bedding from here.
